Proxy Server list:Orkut access bypassing restriction

Once I discussed about Accessing Orkut behind firewall using two type of proxy.

Today I am going to post various web based proxy which might be helpful in that. Just for those who do not remember, web based proxy actually allow you to surf a website through them, ie. they connect to original server, give you data by their proxy hence allowing to access restricted website like orkut behind firewall.

Important note about using Proxy for bypassing firewall

While many might appear working for you but I do not trust any because whenever you are using them, you are providing your information. Though I avoid using proxy but if last resource left is proxy then what one can do.
Otherway to work around was to search a php / asp free script which can help you to set up your own proxy server on web. Use it for personal use.

you can find a few free scrips available which you can install on any webhost and use browsing sites with your person web-proxy server.

It seems that www.orkutproxy.in got so many users, earlier it was one of the fastest but now a days it is not working most of the time.

Note: Orkuch.com has two proxy mode.
1. In this you can browse orkut but can’t scrap etc but its faster.
2. In CGI mode, you can use orkut as normal but is comparatively slow.
