If you have noticed , then there is new feature now in orkut, it will actually allow you to disallow scraps for people who are not your friend.
Disable / Ban / Restrict Scrapping in orkut by other people
So now you can really stop other unwanted people to not to offend your scrapbook, can be really helpful in many cases, this feature will protect privacy at a very high level as far as I think of, I am not going to discuss all this here but really cool feature.
It is giving you three choices, first allow scrap from everyone , second one is to allow from friends and friends of friends , third one is allow scraps of friends only.

I tried to use the Photobucket option and I tagged my pictures with a unique specific tag as to not “confuse” the slideshow and insert pics that wheren’t mine. However I used multiple key words and nothing shows up how long does it take?
