We all know that google is search engine giant and our favourite too. To make people more happy and to please people who use right to left languages, they have just included support in search, all it do is when you type any such language in search box, it will automatically get aligned to “right side” instead of left as usual. Ofcourse you should be searching from supported portal ie. your language’s native portal of google.. eg. google.co.il or google.com.eg etc.

Google Just added most awaited feature to Gmail.
It is IMAP.
Google says :
Sync your inbox across devices instantly and automatically. Whether you read or write your email on your phone or on your desktop, changes you make to Gmail will be seen from anywhere you access your inbox.

What is IMAP
nternet Message Access Protocol (IMAP).
With an IMAP account, your incoming email remains on your ISP’s mail server until you delete it. You can read and manage your email from different locations. Your In, Out, Sent, and Trash mailboxes, plus any mailboxes you create, are visible to you no matter what computer you use to access your mail account, and you can work with your messages as if they were stored on your computer. For this reason, you may want to use an IMAP account if you usually read your email at more than one computer.
You can control whether messages are stored on your local hard disk. For example, you can choose to download messages only when you read them, or download attachments only when you open a message. This can allow for better performance if you use a telephone modem to connect to the Internet.
How to use Google / Gmail IMAP
All you need to first enable IMAP, for that
Goto —> Gmail Account –> Settings –> Forwarding & Pop/IMAP –> IMAP Access –> Enable IMAP
Next is to configure your email clients.

I was seeing it from few days but was not paying attention towards it. I saw that sometimes in my google searches (which a do a lot daily) there is time mentioned in front of result. I thought its been there as I don’t know much and was ignoring but today..Now I am not sure if I really saw what google guys are talking about today ???
Google Guys today officially announced that you can point out most freshest from search results. It will now show timestamp ie. date since the page is with google with search results thus making it easy to look for freshest one.

Today google announced that now they will reduce the lifetime of a cookie which is stored on your computer while you visit Google. Earlier it was set to expire in 2038 but now will expire in two years of from last accessed time.
The people , who however visits google regularly shall get their cookies renewed automatically. Google call it a step further to protect privacy of Google users after announcing the step to anonymize their server after 18 months.
What are cookies
Cookies are small piece of information residing in a file on your computer whenever you visit certain sites which need to keep track of your preferences so that next time you visit a site, you can see it as the way you set it last time. You can delete them manually anytime.
Lately I read that German court ruled against google for using name Gmail in their country. It has actually stopped google for using name gmail in their country. Google guys try to buy their name but the owner refused, I know they should have offered a huge amount because Money is not the case with google, isn’t ?

Orkut recently launched a form where you can report about stolen communities..
This is what they say:

Google was co-founded by Larry Page and Sergey Brin while they were students at Stanford University on September 7, 1998. At that time, internet was not my field of game. But since I came to know about google, I can see that they have changed a whole lots of things in world of internet. Ofcourse they started as simple search engine which was fast, efficient and last but not least.. it used to work so fast on my that time’s slow dialup kirr kirr connection.
Now they have lots of quality services which are sometimes better than paid one, not to mention google’s mail.. which still makes people feel special while using, google earth.. all I can say about is “WOW”, then google maps.. the list can go on and on..
