Google guys are always busy in trying to present things in more innovative to the web, sometimes they are small and sometimes big. Many of use are familiar about Calender/Organizing programs like Outlook etc.

Google also has this product which you can use to organize events, birthdays, reminders and a lot more things but the difference is that you can do it online, you can share it with friends (if you want) or you can even share with world.
It is true AJAX controlled, very nice and simple too.
